Kris Wright Makes his VMS Debut: Kris Wright, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) driver, is set to make his VMS debut in the ARCA Menards Series race at the Michigan International Speedway. He will be carrying the support of F.N.B. Corporation for his first race with the team.

Gus Dean Returns for 4th Start of the Season: After achieving impressive results with the team, Gus Dean is making a comeback to the VMS lineup. His contributions helped VMS to a fantastic one-two finish at Talladega, securing a solid second place. Notably, in 2022, he consistently finished in the top five in every race with the team, including a strong performance at Michigan International Speedway.

Jake Finch’s First Outing at Michigan: This weekend Jake Finch is set to take on his first race at Michigan International Speedway in the ARCA Menards Series. Having joined the team for two races this season, he has already showcased his talent with remarkable results, achieving top ten finishes in both outings. Notably, his first race of 2023 season with the team at Dover Motor Speedway ended in victory.

VMS’ Record Extended: The team already renowned as the winningest in the history of the series, has now achieved an incredible milestone of 92 victories. Throughout this season, their drivers have been in exceptional form, with Jesse Love securing five wins, Jake Finch adding one to the tally, and Sean Hingorani contributing three victories. Additionally, the team has been impressive in qualifying, collecting 7 pole awards, and their exceptional teamwork has resulted in three one-two finishes.

Closing the Championship Gap: Venturini Motorsports is asserting dominance in the main series championship with a commanding lead of 69 points. Not stopping there, the team is also vying for another championship title in the ARCA Menards Series West, with Sean Hingorani as their contender. Hingorani’s recent triumph at Shasta Speedway significantly narrowed the points gap, now standing at just seven points behind the lead. With four races left in the season, VMS is determined to claim both championship titles.

Jesse Love – No. 20 JBL Toyota Camry

Regarding the Michigan Race: Coming off of Pocono I think we have shown how fast our organization is as a whole. I know we would all like to continue that at Michigan. With the rule changes it will be faster than we have seen the last couple of years. I like going fast so I’m all for that!

Gus Dean – No. 25 Dean Custom Air Toyota Camry

Regarding the Michigan Race: I feel this is my time to shine and I believe that I can step up to the plate and put our No. 25 Dean Custom Air Toyota in Victory Lane. Michigan is about having that perfect balance and getting your car to maneuver through the bumps and being able to position yourself to make moves at any point in time. I have learned a lot about Michigan over the years and I plan to apply all of that knowledge on Friday afternoon.

Shannon Rursch – Crew Chief of the No. 20 JBL Toyota Camry

Regarding the Michigan Race: I am looking forward to racing Michigan with Jesse and the entire 20 team. Jesse has been a quick study at the intermediate races and I have high expectations when we race Michigan on Friday.
