July 1, 2024 (Marne, Michigan) – Venturini Motorsports turned in a solid team performance with each of its five teams finishing inside the top-10 during Saturday night’s 200-lap ARCA Menards Series event at Berlin Raceway.
Making his first team start with VMS since clinching the 2023 ARCA West Championship last year at Phoenix, Sean Hingorani led the way as he piloted his Fidelity Capital Toyota to a third-place finish in front of a near capacity crowd at Berlin. The 17-year old driver did all he could to pressure the race winner from the second spot late in the race but slipped back to third during the final laps as he was fighting a tight car.
One of the highlights of the evening was the performance turned in by 16-year old driver Gavan Boschele who finished eighth. Qualifying his JBL Toyota on the outside pole in his first career ARCA Series start, Boschele proved he was up for the task racing up front with the leaders and making a bid for top-spot until he was forced to fight off some late race gremlins which slowed his pace.
VMS and ARCA’s Series regular, Kris Wright ran mostly in the back half of the top-10 spots throughout the evening but turned it on late in the race charging up to the fourth position – earning his third-top 5 finish of the season. Wright and his No.15 FNB Corporation team currently occupy the sixth spot in the overall point standings.
Toni Breidinger with a large fan base packing the seats in Michigan turned in a solid performance as she drove her No.25 Ruedubusch Development & Construction – Raising Canes Toyota machine to a sixth place finish. Showing a lot of speed throughout the night the West coast native never strayed outside the lead pack.
Toni’s sixth top-10 effort of the season bumped her up to fourth place in the driver rankings.
Amber Balcaen bounced back from a disappointing 16th place finish last week at Mid-Ohio’s road course cracking the top-10 Saturday night at Berlin driving her No.22 ICON Toyota. After nine races this season Amber sits seventh in the point standings
