In a commanding performance at the Berlin Raceway, Treyten Lapcevich scored his first-career ARCA Menards Series victory, leading all 200 laps from the pole to claim a flag-to-flag win. The triumph also marked the first ARCA victory for Nitro Motorsports since their planned acquisition of Venturini Motorsports (VMS), as they continue to build their efforts towards the complete transition at the end of the season.
Making his second ARCA start of 2025 even more memorable, Lapcevich topped the charts in qualifying before executing a flawless race to seal a dominant performance in front of a packed Berlin Raceway crowd. This was his second trip to the podium in 2025, building from his third-place result in Phoenix with VMS earlier this season.
“This is a huge moment for Nitro Motorsports,” explained team owner Nick Tucker. “To get our first win at a track as tough as Berlin, and to do it in such dominant fashion, says a lot about our team and about Treyten. We’re proud to work alongside Venturini Motorsports and appreciate their support in helping us get here.”
The partnership between Nitro Motorsports and Venturini Motorsports proved fruitful, combining resources and experience to field a competitive program that delivered immediate success. With multiple strong results early in the season, including those of Thad Moffitt, the culmination of a rookie program and a seasoned winning effort has proven to be massively successful.
“It’s an amazing feeling,” added race winner Treyten Lapcevich. “To win my first ARCA Menards Series race, lead every lap, and bring home a win for Nitro Motorsports and Venturini is something I’ll never forget. The car was perfect all night, and I can’t thank everyone involved enough.”
For Venturini Motorsports, the result added to their legacy in the ARCA Menards Series, their 108th series win. Still, this one held extra meaning as it came in collaboration with a rising new team that will continue the winning ways in 2026 and beyond.
“We’ve worked with a lot of great partners over the years, and it’s been fantastic teaming up with Nick Tucker and Nitro Motorsports,” continued Billy Venturini, owner of Venturini Motorsports. “They brought a lot to the table, and to see the car win in such dominant fashion is proof that this kind of collaboration can be powerful. We’re excited about what’s ahead.”
The win solidifies Lapcevich as a name to watch in the ARCA Menards Series and underscores Nitro Motorsports’ continued growth across multiple racing platforms.
